Supports- YES.
Infill- 50% or higher
Orientation - I’ve printed this upright and on it’s side. Both work depending on slicer/printer settings.
Post Printing:
I recommend using heavy duty spackling to fill the joints after painting. A putty knife can be used to apply the spackle and a damp cloth takes off all the excess.
